We are pleased to announce that we have resolved issues with our Ethereum wallet handling, after our new platform was baptised by fire by never before seen volumes.
Ethereum fees can and have been volatile recently, and automation was required to consistently handle deposits and withraws on the ETH network. This need was also expedited due to a system error which temporarilly froze some ETH transactions. This issue has also been 100% resolved, and we continue to strengthen and scale our new systems.
What does this mean? It means issue-free USDT deposits and withdraws on all 3 of ETH/BSC/Tron going forward. It also means that if you were waiting on an ETH or ETH-USDT deposit or withdraw, you should either see it now, or will see it shortly when we verify the status on ETH-related transfers.
Still though, at this time we Continue to strongly recommend BSC or Tron USDT, as we have always done so. We will fully support ETH, it is just a lot more development and time to do so. So, it is not surprising that it is our last major USDT node to require attention.
What comes next? We are extremely pleased to report that our Final major task for automation of major wallets, is QUBIC. We are now circling back to QUBIC, and we are completing our development of automation so that anyone with incomplete or missing deposits or withdraws will be automatically helped. The one exception to this is a batch of deposits in "errored" status from 10 days ago. Those Will come next and will be manually corrected. The new system does not have any "errored" status for deposits.
Finally, we continue to resolve issues throughout the day as they are reported. One ongoing issue has been 2fa, and we expect to have this permanently resolved in short order as well.
