SafeTrade is excited to welcome Parano1d, a proof-native Layer 1 blockchain built around Proof-of-Work, recursive proofs, zero-knowledge authorization, live UTXO state, and post-quantum cryptographic research.
Parano1d is designed around a proof-native model where transaction execution and State transitions are proven before they are accepted by the network. Each block carries a recursive HistoryStep that proves the block's State transition and verifies the preceding proof, allowing nodes to validate the current State without replaying the entire blockchain from genesis. The protocol combines this approach with Poseidon2b Proof-of-Work, signatureless ownership, and a live UTXO model where spent State slots can be cleared and reused.
What Makes It Different?
Parano1d makes cryptographic proofs a core part of its blockchain architecture. The wallet proves ownership of funds through a zero-knowledge authorization proof, while the miner proves the transaction logic and resulting State transition. Proof-of-Work then orders State transitions whose validity has already been established.
Built around this architecture, Parano1d features:
- Proof-of-Work using Poseidon2b
- Recursive HistoryStep proofs linking each State transition to the previous proof
- Validation designed to remain independent of blockchain age
- Zero-knowledge authorization without traditional transaction signatures
- Live UTXO State with reusable spent-output slots
- CPU-based proving with support for external nonce workers
- Post-quantum security analysis targeting NIST PQC Category 1
- FROST-GKR and FRI-Binius proof technology
- Binary-field proof construction using GF(2¹²⁸) and a wider GF(2²⁵⁶) challenge layer
- No premine
- A starting block subsidy of 50 NOID, decreasing as State capacity expands and reaching a minimum of 1 NOID
- A three-year development allocation of 5% to the O(1) Network Fund and 5% to Parano1d Lab
Parano1d takes a different route to blockchain validation by making the proof of a State transition part of the consensus process itself. Instead of requiring every node to repeatedly execute the same historical transactions, the network verifies the proofs produced by the participants responsible for the transition. This gives the project its proof-native architecture while keeping the underlying network based on permissionless Proof-of-Work.
