This is the announcement that a great many of you have been waiting for. This is the answer to "my QUBIC withdraw hasn't shown up yet". These are, in almost all cases, all solved as of now and going forward.
All blockchains will sometimes have failed transactions, and new integrations as well as new blockchains can have higher failure rates. We've been working hard on an automation for this which automatically refunds users in the event that their transaction fails.
The solution is to provide automated error handling so that users can be refunded in the event that the transaction did not go through. If you are wondering why it doesn't automatically retry, it's because we've seen a few exchanges fail with doing automatic withdraw retries and we do not wish to join them.
In most cases, your QUBIC withdraw goes through essentially instantly. In the event that it does not, you will be automatically refunded in one-two hours time, and you can place it again. For all users who have been in this situation over the last few days, you will see that this has now been rectified for you. We thank you kindly for your patience.
What now? The answer is more automated error handling for our USDT chains. You will hear for us shortly on this :)

I deposited BNB from Binance (to the QR code that was on the BNB deposit page) 3 days ago and I still haven't received it.
Additionally, there is a Twitter account that claims to provide support for Safetrade and wants passwords/phrases to trustwords or metamasks to send back this BNB.

On the 15 of November I tried to make the withdrawal and my 220Million Qubic, never reached my wallet!
It came out of my exchange account, but it was a failed transaction, so it must have gone back to your Exchange account address!
