On the 15 of November I tried to make the withdrawal and my 220Million Qubic, never reached my wallet!
It came out of my exchange account, but it was a failed transaction, so it must have gone back to your Exchange account address!
Now I don't have 220Million Qubic, can you please credit it back? I have proof of the failed transaction and I already sent it. I tried to contact to the support ticket but nobody is responding. Please help
I withdrew 55 Million Qubic on 15th November but the coins did not arrive in my wallet. I talked to Qubic team, they told me that Safetrade have to resent them.
